Marketing and Engagement Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Engagement Leader to join our team at General Electric. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Own the development and execution of a customer-centric marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Lead the creation and implementation of engaging content, campaigns, and social media communities that drive customer interaction and loyalty.
- Oversee the web presence, including website development, SEO, and metrics analysis, to ensure a strong online presence.
- Develop and execute demand generation programs, including lead generation and multi-touch campaigns, to drive business growth.
- Support the development of new product introduction (NPI) launches by creating compelling content and campaigns.
- Leverage digital channels to engage customers in our brand stories and narratives.
- Optimize our CRM and demand generation programs to drive business growth.
- Originate and execute on digitized thought leadership initiatives, including the Grid of the Future and Energy Transition.
- Manage agencies and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing services.
- Develop media relations and serve as a spokesperson for our organization.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, and/or product management.
- High energy, self-starter with a collaborative team player mindset.
- Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work and influence a T&D ecosystem with 3rd party players.
