Marketing Director

At King, we're seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive the success of our unannounced title. As the Director, Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that showcases the game's unique features and resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the marketing team to create and execute a marketing strategy that drives player acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, influencer marketing, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, creative, and analytics, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Analyze player KPIs and business results to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
- Manage and develop a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Proven experience in product marketing, marketing strategy, or brand marketing within a top-tier game studio or developer.
- Success in delivering business results, innovative creative, and delighting player communities.
- Demonstrated results managing sizable marketing investments and aligning large cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading marketing across all stages of a product's lifecycle, from announce to launch and growth.
- Passion for games and cutting-edge marketing strategies.
