About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities in the German market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the German market
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and leads
  • Prospect and develop new leads through trade shows, industry networking events, and digital campaigns
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital campaigns with lead generation objectives
  • Set and regularly evaluate KPIs and sales targets to measure growth and performance
  • Provide monthly progress reports and self-evaluations to the team leader
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, ideally within the garden, landscape, or design industry
  • Extensive knowledge of the German market and a deep understanding of local business practices and culture
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with a strong focus on achieving results and customer satisfaction
