Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities in the German market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the German market
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and leads
- Prospect and develop new leads through trade shows, industry networking events, and digital campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital campaigns with lead generation objectives
- Set and regularly evaluate KPIs and sales targets to measure growth and performance
- Provide monthly progress reports and self-evaluations to the team leader
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, ideally within the garden, landscape, or design industry
- Extensive knowledge of the German market and a deep understanding of local business practices and culture
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
- A proactive, self-driven approach with a strong focus on achieving results and customer satisfaction
- A dynamic and challenging role within a globally operating company
