Fire Assayer Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious individual to join our Fire Assay section at our facility in Malaga. As a Fire Assayer, you will be responsible for accurately weighing samples and adding flux reagents as part of the fire assay process.
Key Responsibilities:- Fuse mixtures in a high-temperature furnace to extract precious metals, including gold.
- Perform cupellation and prilling daily to collect and prepare metal samples.
- Conduct thorough inspections of samples, fusion pots, lead buttons, and prills before laboratory testing.
- Record any anomalies to ensure the accuracy and quality of the assay process.
- Adhere strictly to fire assay safety procedures, proactively identifying and addressing potential safety issues.

What We Offer- A competitive hourly rate of $33.53 per hour, with shift allowances of 15% for the afternoon shift and 20% for the night shift.
