Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative and Campaign Manager to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our advertising team, you will be responsible for managing the execution of advertising campaigns, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining records of day-to-day work.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project manage the execution of advertising campaigns with internal teams.
  2. Manage the troubleshooting of issues as surfaced during the campaign life-cycle.
  3. Manage end-to-end campaigns for specific areas of business.
  4. Provide timely responses to stakeholders on related tasks with guidance.
  5. Follow established SOPs and invent and simplify when needed.
  6. Meet business metrics and goals, including production and quality targets.
Requirements
  1. Account management experience.
  2. Digital advertising and client facing roles experience.
  3. Experience working with digital advertising KPIs (CTR, VCR, etc.).
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Fluency in English and German (C1-C2).

This is a 3-month contractor role with 1 day of remote work per week. You will work with internal stakeholders to deliver results that matter to our advertisers for long-term growth. The role provides a fast-paced environment that offers team members opportunities to learn, be curious and develop their skills.
