About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative and Campaign Manager to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the execution of advertising campaigns, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver results that matter to our advertisers.
Key Responsibilities
- Project manage the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Design, Operations, and Quality Assurance, to troubleshoot issues and ensure campaign success.
- Manage end-to-end campaigns for specific areas of business, meeting business metrics and goals.
- Provide timely responses to stakeholders on related tasks, adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Develop and maintain records of day-to-day work, updating trackers or workflow tools as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles, with a strong understanding of digital advertising KPIs (CTR, VCR, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and German (C1-C2 level).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results that matter to our advertisers.
- Experience working with internal stakeholders to deliver results that matter to our advertisers.
