Join Unit4's Professional Services Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Functional Consultant to join our Professional Services team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud ERP technologies and deliver customer solutions in our industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer onboarding and engagement
  • Implementing quality ERP customer solutions that meet design and strategic objectives
  • Leading and participating in workshops to prioritize requirements and identify opportunities for customer success
  • Delivering approved customer solutions utilizing templates as applicable
  • Supporting customer solution reviews and customer health checks
  • Engagement in the delivery of upgrades and cloud migrations to existing customers
  • Staying relevant on new technologies, legislations, and good practice, sharing knowledge both internally and externally
Requirements:
  • Fluent knowledge of Norwegian and English
  • Excited about technology-enabled change
  • Strong business analysis skills with an eye for detail

We believe that you are passionate about driving success for our customers and can develop and maintain stakeholder relationships. With your expertise, you will enable our customers and proactively support their journey to standardized solutions with a focus on adopting, not adapting.

Some travel will be necessary based on customer requirements.
