Job Title: Junior Functional Consultant

Join Unit4's Professional Services team as a Junior Functional Consultant and take advantage of the opportunity to expand your career in cutting-edge cloud ERP technologies. As a key member of our team, you will work on delivering customer solutions in our industry verticals, leveraging your expertise in industry good practice and applicable models to drive business change for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer onboarding and project onboarding with the wider project team
  • Implementing quality ERP customer solutions that meet design and strategic objectives, focusing on reducing complexity and costs
  • Leading and participating in workshops, prioritizing requirements, and identifying opportunities for customer success
  • Delivering approved customer solutions utilizing templates as applicable
  • Working with wider delivery teams to ensure projects meet design, schedule, and budget as set out in the project plan
  • Supporting customer solution reviews and customer health checks, identifying opportunities to expand Unit4's footprint
  • Engagement in the delivery of upgrades and cloud migrations to existing customers
  • Staying relevant on new technologies, legislations, and good practice, sharing knowledge both internally and externally
  • Working with senior consultants to identify improvements to models and functionality
Requirements:
  • Fluent knowledge of Norwegian and English
  • Excitement about technology-enabled change
