Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Implement quality ERP customer solutions that meet design and strategic objectives
  • Lead and participate in workshops to prioritize requirements and identify opportunities for customer success
  • Work with delivery teams to ensure projects meet design, schedule, and budget
  • Support customer solution reviews and health checks to identify opportunities to expand Unit4's footprint
