Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Functional Consultant to join our Professional Services team at Unit4. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering customer solutions in our industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer onboarding and engagement
  • Implementation of quality ERP customer solutions
  • Leading and participating in workshops
  • Prioritizing requirements and identifying opportunities for customer success
  • Delivering approved customer solutions
  • Supporting customer solution reviews and health checks
  • Engagement in the delivery of upgrades and cloud migrations
  • Staying up-to-date on new technologies, legislations, and good practice

Requirements:

  • Fluent knowledge of Norwegian and English
  • Excited about technology-enabled change
  • Strong business analysis skills with an eye for detail
