Job Title: Junior Functional Consultant

We are seeking a talented Junior Functional Consultant to join our Professional Services team at Unit4. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality ERP solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement quality ERP customer solutions that meet design and strategic objectives, focusing on reducing complexity and costs.
  • Lead and participate in workshops, prioritizing requirements and identifying opportunities for customer success.
  • Deliver approved customer solutions utilizing templates as applicable, working with wider delivery teams to ensure projects meet design, schedule, and budget.
  • Support customer solution reviews and customer health checks, identifying opportunities to expand Unit4's footprint.
  • Engage in the delivery of upgrades and cloud migrations to existing customers, staying relevant on new technologies, legislations, and good practice.
Requirements:
  • Fluent knowledge of Norwegian and English.
  • Excited about technology-enabled change.
  • Strong business analysis skills with an eye for detail.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, independent, and able to work under pressure to meet an assignment deadline.
  • Having a background/experience in Finance/Management/IT is considered a bonus.
