Key Responsibilities- Product Quality Management: Develop and implement strategies to maintain and improve product quality, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them, using data analysis and other tools to drive decision-making.
- GDP Certification: Ensure the maintenance of GDP Certification in the MAD Hub Operations, ensuring that all pharmaceutical product requirements and performance management actions of other airlines handled in the MAD Hub are followed according to each airline's specifications.
- Quality Focus: Strong ability to work across organizational boundaries, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and manage teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Skills: Good planning and analytical skills, able to identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions.
- Education: Educated to university degree level, with a strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
- Language: Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
