About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hub Product Quality Manager to join our team at British Airways. As a key member of our Spanish Hub, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of product operational performance across all managed stations in Spain, Portugal, and Gibraltar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for maintaining the highest levels of product operational performance in all managed stations.
  • Design and implement continuous improvement plans for different products based on analytical data, inspections, or other aspects such as internal and external audits.
  • Maintain GDP Certification in the MAD Hub Operations and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical product requirements and performance management actions of other airlines handled in the MAD Hub.

  • Quality focused with strong ability to work across organizational boundaries.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize workload, and make quick and important decisions.
  • Displays confidence and resilience, demonstrating energy to achieve results.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good planning and analytical skills, able to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Proactive & self-motivated, takes ownership and responsibility for making things happen.
