Job Title: Global Head of Assistance Networks

AXA Partners is seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to drive the transformation of our Assistance Networks on a global scale. As the Global Head of Assistance Networks, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our Assistance Network Strategy, driving performance, managing global providers, and contributing to our key strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement the Assistance Network Strategy, building a strategic vision and ensuring the correct implementation of provider journeys.
  • Drive network performance and cost containment activities, cascading targets into geographies, monitoring and challenging performance, driving improvements, and defining frameworks for selection, contracts, and partnerships with providers.
  • Manage global providers and correspondent networks, including sourcing and operational management, and managing the green card network in accordance with AXA Group mandate.
  • Be the custodian of regalian activities that contribute to controlling business processes performance and compliance, including managing fraud and leakage activities and supervising risk compliance and audit activities.
  • Conduct business analytics and performance management, defining relevant business KPIs, and finding synergies with countries to propose a framework for performance management.
  • Manage central network teams and the entire network community across countries, including direct and indirect management of teams.
  • Report and work with various stakeholders, including global and local teams, external suppliers, and transformation and IT teams.
Requirements:
  • Extensive years of experience in senior executive positions.
  • Strong knowledge of assistance / P&C; Insurance business.
  • Change Management: Ability to convince and embark people, demonstrates effective leadership with ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Customer centric, business-oriented and digital mindset.
  • Ability to define new concepts and translate into concrete actions.
  • Easy communication skills, tenacity and enthusiasm.
  • Good level of maturity in people interaction skills, working both across cultures and at various levels of the organization.
  • Very good knowledge of Assistance business.
  • English a must, other language (French, Spanish...) is a strong plus.
