Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, this individual will play a crucial role in the company's growth and success.

Artemis Assets SL is a pioneering proptech company with offices in Barcelona and Singapore. Our mission is to revolutionize the way real estate assets are bought and managed remotely, enabling foreigners to invest profitably in Spain using only their phone. We offer end-to-end services to international clients who want to invest in the Spanish real estate market, specializing in sales/purchase, asset management, and refurbishment/decoration.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the property search strategy, taking into account type, location, and risk profile.
- Scan the market for the best investment opportunities, utilizing existing property search tools and professional networks.
- Visit properties, assess opportunities, and capture relevant financial and technical data.
- Publicize the added value of the Artemis Assets product offer.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers and other teams to close deals.
- Assist in recruiting a team of Real Estate Executives.
Requirements
- Experience in Real Estate products, including sales and property management, with proven management experience ideally within a network of franchisees.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams, utilizing the latest technologies in the field.
- Passion and knowledge about the city and its real estate market.
- Proven skills in negotiations and relationship management.
- Ability to manage unforeseen situations and navigate a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of English and Spanish.
