About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development of web-based data products for our UX platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy for internal managed services, working closely with customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a frictionless experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
  2. Work closely with customers to understand their challenges and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  3. Collaborate with Engineering teams to develop a rolling 4-quarter roadmap and drive the alignment of key releases.
  4. Provide business context, clear guidance, and success criteria to ensure customer delight.

Requirements

  1. 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a large-scale environment, preferably in a SaaS platform.
  2. Proven track record of working with customers to set the roadmap and strategic direction of internal infrastructure products.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to different audiences.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
