Job Title: Global Platform Support Lead

Join Allianz Partners as a Global Platform Support Lead and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical skills.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our global platform support team. As a Global Platform Support Lead, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating user acceptance training across all impacted business units, as well as supporting training and communication to enable business unit ramp-up post-implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy to support the successful deployment of application changes across all business units.
  • Lead testing for defined lines of business, including defining testing approaches, ensuring proper governance and reporting, and monitoring and coordinating global platform test preparation and execution.
  • Define and harmonize test tools, templates, and methodologies, and coordinate test plans across systems and phases.
  • Implement continuous testing strategies for all IT domain areas within the line of business customer journey, and lead ongoing testing transformation (harmonization, automation, externalization).
  • Facilitate release management in a cross-line of business way for ACM, and facilitate the automation of test cases executed by Aztech and other IT suppliers at the end of each sprint with an end-to-end cross-line of business approach.
  • Implement and manage the line of business change management and training strategy and way of working globally.
Requirements
  • Multi-year experience in financial planning and IT cost management.
  • Multi-year experience in collaboration with IT or working within an IT department.
  • Multi-year experience in IT stakeholder or vendor management roles.
  • Training and experience in a leadership role.
  • Agile Scrum, OPEX, Six Sigma, and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
  • Demonstrable experience in transformation programs and change management trainings.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Understanding of local and regional labor laws and regulations.
