Main Responsibilities:
  1. Review customer activity to ensure compliance with internal AML/ATF policies and verify that system-generated 'smart alerts' align with these policies;
  2. Review agent activity to ensure that transactions conducted at our agent locations comply with internal AML/ATF policies;
  3. Verify that internal communications made by our agent/store employees or back-office colleagues comply with internal AML/ATF policies;
  4. Assess our agents' knowledge of AML/ATF regulations;
  5. Provide compliance training to Ria agents (Could be a business owner and/or their employees);
  6. Keep our customers informed about all RIA compliance rules and regulations;
  7. Keep our agents up-to-date on all RIA compliance rules and regulations;
  8. Collaborate in the preparation and filing of STRs for detected suspicious activities and contribute to preparing responses to inquiries from local authorities;
  9. Contribute to the creation of new policies, collaborating with senior analysts and supervisors.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Proficient in MS Office
  2. Fluent in local language + Other language (Preferably English)
  3. Experience/knowledge of compliance issues in a financial institution is an advantage
  4. Transaction monitoring and AML/ATF experience is an advantage
