Patient Data Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Data Specialist to join our team at Precision Medicine Group. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of clinical trial data.
Key Responsibilities- Data Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of clinical trial data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including medical monitors, project managers, and data management teams, to ensure seamless data capture and review processes.
- EDC System Management: Utilize electronic data capture systems to manage and review clinical trial data, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
- Query Resolution and Escalation: Identify and resolve data discrepancies, escalating issues as necessary to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Training and Support: Provide study-specific training to project teams, ensuring accurate and consistent data collection and review.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance data quality and efficiency.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in a science or healthcare discipline.
- Experience: At least two years of experience in clinical operations, data management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of oncology clinical trials and regulatory requirements.
- Skills: Proficiency in electronic data capture systems, data visualization tools, and Microsoft Office; strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Preferred Qualifications: Medical-related degree, RN, OCN, RPH, PharmD, or equivalent; experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) or Study Coordinator/Research Nurse; knowledge of hematologic malignancies and oncology standards of care.
