About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our Business Development Department at Raw Igaming. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including industry events, online research, and referrals.
  2. Sales Pipeline Management: Research and qualify prospects to build a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients.
  3. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals, working closely with the Chief Business Development Officer.
  4. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the competition.
  5. Client Feedback and Support: Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and client feedback, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded.
  6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  7. Project Support: Monitor project teams to ensure support on client integration and contract completion.
  8. Market Research: Gather useful information from customers and competitor data to inform sales strategies.
  9. Presentation and Communication: Make and give presentations to prospective clients as well as internal executives, communicating in a manner consistent with the company vision and objectives.
  10. Partnership Development: Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow the business.
  11. Commercial Process Management: Drive qualified operators to contract phase, prepare information, and submit contract requests.
Requirements
  1. Commercial Sales Experience: 2+ years of experience in commercial sales or equivalent position.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Experience in a Business Development department in the iGaming industry is desirable.
  3. Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability in Business-to-Business commercial activities.
  4. Communication Skills: Impeccable verbal and written communication and outstanding people skills.
  5. CRM and Reporting: Familiar with CRM and reporting methodologies.
  6. Teamwork and Motivation: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  7. Time Management and Organization: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  8. Data Analysis: Working knowledge of data analysis and performance over operational metrics.
  9. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office and various business software.
  10. Travel: Can travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients.
  11. Language: Fluent in English, both verbally and written.
