About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at Blu Selection. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base in the German market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities and partnerships in the German market
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales processes and strategies
  • Track and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
  • Native or full professional proficiency in German and professional proficiency in English
  • Strong understanding of German culture, markets, and sales processes
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a commercial or account executive role
  • Experience in managing or leading a commercial team
  • Residence in or near Madrid, with easy access to our operational hub
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities
  • A process-oriented approach to tasks and a keen eye for detail
