We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at Blu Selection. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base in the German market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and partnerships in the German market
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales processes and strategies
- Track and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Native or full professional proficiency in German and professional proficiency in English
- Strong understanding of German culture, markets, and sales processes
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a commercial or account executive role
- Experience in managing or leading a commercial team
- Residence in or near Madrid, with easy access to our operational hub
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and organizational abilities
- A process-oriented approach to tasks and a keen eye for detail
- Competitive salary budget commensurate with experience
- Uncapped commissions
- Hybrid working method with 2 days a week in the office in central Madrid
