Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Iberia and Africa Talent Acquisition team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading recruiting processes in Spain, building relationships with candidates and managers, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit new and diverse colleagues for Otis Spain
  • Develop and update compelling job descriptions
  • Prepare recruitment material and advertise open positions on relevant job boards
  • Search and recruit candidates using appropriate databases and social networks
  • Screen candidate CVs and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various methods of reliable recruitment and selection tools
  • Assess relevant knowledge, skills, interpersonal skills, experience, and aptitudes of candidates

Requirements

  • Demonstrable work experience as a recruiter
  • Strong ability to carry out different types of interviews
  • Practical experience with different selection processes
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
