Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Madrid. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide quick and effective solutions to customer requests and issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues are resolved and that they are satisfied with the service provided
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance processes and customer experience
- Update databases with relevant information about customers and their inquiries
- Draft reports and generate insights to identify areas for improvement in customer service
Requirements
- Fluency in English (and one additional language: French, German, or Dutch)
