Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wholesale Department Assistant to support the Europe Wholesale Manager in key account management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing key accounts, monitoring and servicing throughout the season, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage existing key accounts, monitoring and servicing throughout the season, including booking appointments, processing and confirming orders, managing claims and repair requests.
  • Assist buyers in building and placing orders, inserting orders in the system, and providing order confirmations.
  • Build strong and trusted relationships with key accounts.
  • Request and analyze sell-throughs, compile reports for wholesale analysts to take quick action when necessary to address business needs.
  • Responsible for stock replenishment and consignment management.
  • Liaise closely with credit control on customers' payment.
  • Develop and conduct product training.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities, researching and monitoring markets to identify new retailers and potential partners.
  • Continuously research direct competitors and seasonal trends to provide valuable market insights and competitive feedback.
  • Assist in organizing buying sessions and preparing for market visits by the Wholesale Manager.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure alignment and support for wholesale initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or similar.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar position (experience in fashion/luxury brands is a plus).
  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail.
  • Effective time management and prioritization of tasks based on urgency and time sensitivity.
  • Ability to analyze information, interpret data, and apply insights to solve problems efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (other languages considered a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
