Operational Resilience IT Administrator

Purpose of the Role :
The aim of this position is to deliver IT assistance to the Operational Resilience Team, which is responsible for maintaining the operational continuity of IT services. The selected individual will collaborate closely with the IT Operational Resilience Team and other IT professionals.
Objectives of the Program :
The Centre's mission is to provide reliable ICT services and innovative digital solutions to its Clients and Partner Organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
The incumbent will operate under the direct supervision of the Head of the Customer IT Resilience Team and the Chief of the Business Solutions Section, working in close partnership with technical teams. Additional tasks of a similar nature may be assigned as needed.
Production Support:
Deliver production support for Middleware components, including Access Manager/Authentication, IBM-ISAM distributed infrastructure, Filenet, CPD, and J2EE applications. Manage Websphere application servers and the customized J2EE e-Banking application.Troubleshooting and Incident Management:
Diagnose technical issues while adhering to ITIL best practices. Assist in incident and problem management, including participation in governance processes.Lifecycle Maintenance:
Support the comprehensive lifecycle maintenance of relevant systems and processes.Anomaly Detection and Monitoring:
Oversee the Middleware system for irregularities and escalate as needed to ensure system integrity and security.Project Support:
Serve as a technical resource providing assistance for various IT projects.Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity:
Aid in the design, development, and upkeep of disaster recovery protocols. Incorporate changes approved by governance into recovery procedures. Participate in the execution of recovery protocols and provide support post-recovery.Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and resolve technical issues.Documentation and Best Practices:
Maintain thorough technical documentation aligned with industry standards. Stay updated on and apply knowledge of cloud computing technologies. Ensure understanding of the organization's business continuity framework.-
