Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Ge Transport. As a key member of our supplier quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met across our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and optimize supplier performance.
  • Provide training and guidance to suppliers on quality management systems and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure their quality performance meets our expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
