About the Role

At Roche, we are committed to delivering exceptional scientific and technical services to our clients. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest efficiency and effectiveness in each of your activities, including installations, preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance, and modifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Excellence in Operability: Maintain exceptional operability in all assigned solutions, including instruments, reagents, and software, by executing procedures for preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance.
  • Client Communication & Collaboration: Build and maintain excellent communication and proactive collaboration with clients. Keep them informed about reagent updates and quality controls, and implement new protocols to enhance their experience.
  • Activity Reporting: Use CRM to report all activities conducted remotely or on-site, ensuring detailed documentation of technical characteristics and updates as required. Adhere to the quality reporting standards defined by Roche.
  • Commercial Support: Work closely with the Commercial Area to address customer needs and support sales of solutions and service offerings.
Requirements

You must comply with the legislation, internal procedures, and applicable regulations in terms of Safety, Health, and Environment, especially those procedures related to waste segregation, application of preventive measures, and the use of work equipment and protection equipment. Furthermore, you must know and act in full compliance with the Company's policies, including the Code of Conduct, and the applicable Ethical Codes.
