- Conduct business strategy activities, including market analysis, competitive analysis, and product positioning, to support business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to develop and execute product roadmaps and new product development initiatives.
- Work with suppliers and other stakeholders to clarify product and service needs, requirements, and priorities.
- Create and execute comprehensive product and service offers to drive business growth.
- Contribute to the development of communication programs and materials to support business development.
- Evaluate and recommend supplier and channel programs to support business growth.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, tools, and training programs to drive increased market share and visibility.
- Lead market or segment-based Voice of Customer activities to capture product reception and validate new marketing opportunities.
- Build and manage influential relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
- Experience in the electronics industry or manufacturing in similar positions in Sales, Engineering, Marketing, or Product Management.
- Experience in IPE technologies and engineering and business strategy.
- Strong sales skills and ability to drive business growth.
- Full driving license and readiness for business travel.
- English language skills, fluently in writing and spoken.
- Spanish language skills (native or C1).
- Expertise in engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
