Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Application Specialist to join our team at Philips. As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to customers and users, training them to optimize the usage of our products, and assisting the sales staff in assessing the potential application of our products to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute instruction programs for users to maximize their independence in operating the system and choosing functions.
- Customize the system to meet the specific needs of each user, in close collaboration with project management and account management.
- Implement trial installations to gather information for evaluation by the product group and provide demonstrations and presentations to stimulate sales.
- Monitor the use of each system, providing regular contact with users to solve problems and adapt the system to changing user needs.
- Participate in the development of new functionality and improved system settings, staying up-to-date with new developments in the field.
- Assist in sales by advising account management and customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the cardiovascular area.
- Extensive knowledge of cardiovascular procedures.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting application results.
- Professional knowledge of the total application area from an operational perspective.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Desirable clinical experience.
- Ability to organize special training.
- Good knowledge of system architecture and used technology.
- Fluent in Spanish and a good level of English.
- Clean driving license.
- Willingness to travel.
