Job Title:
Clinical Application Specialist - Image Guided Therapy

As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will work as part of a high-tech team, sharing your technical knowledge with others and leveraging your clinical background to optimize the usage of our products.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to continuously learn about health, improve your personal career, and provide our company with your knowledge in this area.

You will provide technical expertise to customers and users, training them to maximize the usage of our products.

Assist the sales staff in assessing the potential application of company products to meet customer needs and prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions.

Prepare seminars and workshops to educate users on the optimal use of our products.


Responsibilities:

Develop and execute an instruction program for users to maximize their independence regarding the operation of the system and choice of functions.

Customize the system to the specific wishes of the user, in close contact with project management and account management to maximize performance for each specific user.

Implement trial installations (in cooperation with service) to gather maximum information for evaluation by the product group and to demonstrate and present where required, to stimulate sales of the assigned equipment.

Monitor the use of each system, by regular contact with the users, to solve problems regarding the operation of the system or to adapt the system to changed user wishes.

Participate in the development of new functionality or the improvement of system settings.

Keep in close contact with the product group to increase/maintain application knowledge and be timely informed about new developments.

Assist in sales by advising account management and customers.


Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the cardiovascular area.

Experienced knowledge of all cardiovascular procedures.

Analytical skills, experience in the interpretation of application results.

Professional knowledge of the total application area, from the operational point.

Excellent communication skills.

Desirable clinical experience.

Ability to organize special training.

Good knowledge of system architecture and technology used.

Fluent in Spanish and a good level of English.

Clean driving license.

Willingness to travel.
