Business Systems Analyst Opportunity

About the Role

Zurich 56 Company is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Authorization Concept Development

Develop and maintain the authorization concept for all applications within the company, aligning with the target operating model.

SOX Control Ownership

Act as the SOX control owner for authorization topics related to investment applications.

Audit Review Participation

Participate in and coordinate audit reviews conducted by internal and external auditors on IT controls for investment applications.

Authorization Review

Perform and support authorization reviews for investment applications.

Access Management Quality Control

Conduct internal quality control reviews in the area of access management for applications and systems.

Access Management Control Design

Design and document access management-related controls for newly developed tools and applications.

Subject Matter Expertise

Act as a subject matter expert for access management-related topics in projects and initiatives.

Access Request Approval

Approve all access requests for investment applications.

SAP GRC Application Improvement

Improve the usage of the SAP GRC application and conduct GRC trainings.

Deputy Roles

Deputize the IAA test and release manager and other roles in the team.

Infrastructure and Services Development

Provide support for the tactical and strategic development of the IAA infrastructure and services.

Project to BAU Handover

Support project to BAU handover for operational readiness.

Service Level Agreements

Document OLA/SLA for all IAA applications with relevant service providers and improve collaboration with them.

Risk Identification and Mitigation

Identify and mitigate new operational risks, especially in the area of applications and systems.

Process Improvement

Improve and automate existing processes using the latest innovative technologies.

KPI Implementation

Measure end-to-end BAU/project authorization service delivery by implementing useful KPIs.

Requirements

  1. Education

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, finance, or equivalent.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of IT experience is mandatory.

Skills

Basic knowledge of SAP FSCM and SAP GRC is an advantage.

Communication Skills

Proven ability to lead and work independently in a multi-cultural environment and facilitate workshops.

Language Skills

Strong communication skills in written and spoken English are mandatory.

Interpersonal Skills

Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with clients and service providers.

Application Management Experience

Experience in the area of application management is an advantage.
