We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Development Manager to join our team at Galderma. As a key member of our MS&T department, you will be responsible for the development of innovative and functional packaging solutions for our Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement packaging solutions that meet our quality and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets customer needs and market trends
- Manage packaging projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Lead and mentor a team of packaging specialists to drive excellence in packaging development and quality
- Develop and maintain relationships with packaging suppliers to ensure a smooth supply chain
- Identify and mitigate potential packaging risks and challenges
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP regulations and industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging development or a related field
- Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP regulations and industry standards
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Fluent in both written and spoken French (desirable)
