Job Title: Project Manager for Entrepreneurship and Innovation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center of IESE Business School-Barcelona.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing competitive projects related to entrepreneurship and innovation, working closely with our team to develop and execute research initiatives and applied projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct literature searches and summarize key findings on entrepreneurship topics, including corporate venturing, scale-ups, and technology transfer.
  • Provide support in related tasks to studies, including surveys, interviews, writing, qualitative analysis, and design of presentations.
  • Implement competitive projects, including writing applications, supporting project partners, and delivering project outcomes.
  • Build and develop materials for presentations and support stakeholders with detail-oriented tasks.

Requirements:

  • Native English and Spanish speaking and writing skills.
  • Between four to six years of experience in European projects related to entrepreneurship and/or innovation.
  • Ph.D. in management, economics, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in applied research and qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Work-permit for Spain (NIE, etc.).
  • Advanced office skills, especially with Excel, Word, and Power Point.
