Project Manager for Venture Creation Programs

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Project Manager for our Venture Creation programs. As part of our team, you will engage with a vibrant community of thinkers, makers, entrepreneurs, and investors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the venture creation programs, including planning, coordinating, and executing program activities and events.
  • Support and maintain relationships with mentors, industry experts, and investors to ensure our robust support network for startups.
  • Coordinate logistics for program events such as workshops, pitch sessions, and networking events.
  • Support the progress evaluation of participating startups, offering feedback and resources to facilitate their growth.
  • Assist in the communication and promotion of the activities to attract high-quality applicants and maximize engagement.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the venture creation programs by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing new initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience in project management in the entrepreneurship support structures or accelerator space.
  • Both written and verbal proficiency in English and Spanish (Catalan a plus).
  • Proficiency in office and project management software and social media platforms.
  • 2 years in project management in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
