Job Title: Project Manager - Innovation Committee

Job Summary:

We're seeking a Project Manager to join our Innovation Committee, where you'll play a crucial role in driving process improvement and innovation. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for coordinating with plants to understand process improvement needs, proposing improvement and optimization projects, and searching for public funding to develop R+D+i projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with plants to understand process improvement needs and propose improvement and optimization projects.
  • Search for public funding to develop R+D+i projects.
  • State-of-the-art knowledge of new technologies and processes, including contact with technology centers and universities.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the correct execution of the project.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements:
  • Great educational background, preferably in chemical engineering.
  • Proven working experience as a project manager in the chemical or waste sector.
  • Solid technical background, with experience in R+D+i.
  • Good client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
