Business Development Manager for Entrepreneurship and Innovation

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at IESE Business School-Barcelona. As a key member of our Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center, you will be responsible for conducting literature searches, providing support in related tasks to studies, and implementing competitive projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct literature searches related to entrepreneurship topics, including corporate venturing, scale-ups, and technology transfer.
- Provide support in related tasks to studies, such as surveys, interviews, writing, qualitative analysis, and design of presentations.
- Implement competitive projects, including writing applications, supporting project partners, and delivering project outcomes.
- Build and develop materials for presentations and support stakeholders with attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Native English and Spanish speaking and writing skills.
- Between four to six years of experience in European projects related to entrepreneurship and/or innovation.
- Ph.D. in management, economics, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in applied research and qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Work-permit for Spain and advanced office skills, especially with Excel, Word, and Power Point.
