Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Investment Solutions Sales professional to join our team at Lynceus Partners in Madrid. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our commercial strategy in the Spain area, focusing on the Wealth and Asset Management sector.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain clients in the Spain area, promoting Lynceus Partners' financial expertise and technological solutions.
  • Identify and analyze client needs, translating them into investible, simple, and clear investment ideas.
  • Deliver cross-asset solutions and outcome-oriented investment products that meet client needs, including private debt and private equity.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand client portfolios.
Requirements
  • Strong relationships-building skills, with an entrepreneurial and self-starting mindset, and effective communication with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to identify and analyze client needs, and translate them into investible ideas.
  • Result-oriented, with a competitive drive to achieve sales targets and personal and professional growth.
  • Agile and proactive in adapting to change, with a willingness to learn and improve.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in offering investment solutions to institutional clients in Spain.
  • Working knowledge of the private assets market or a willingness to develop professional competencies in this area.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with other languages a plus.
