Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Investment Banking Analyst to join our FIG team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching the financial institutions industry, supporting marketing initiatives, and contributing to pitch books.
You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of specialists, leveraging our global network and expertise to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Responsibilities- Research the financial institutions industry to support marketing initiatives and contribute to pitch books.
- Develop and maintain standard or bespoke financial models with support from colleagues.
- Use a range of valuation techniques to support client advice.
- Draft sales documentation, including information memorandums and prospectuses.
- Support the team in coordinating the transaction process both internally and with other advisers.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in financial services. You will have a Bachelor's degree with high qualifications and previous experience in a similar role.
You will also have advanced Microsoft Office skills, a strong understanding of financial markets, and the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
Spanish as a first language or very advanced Spanish skills are also required.
