Job Title: Sales Manager With Italian Language Skills

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Manager to join our team at Boataround. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, processing bookings, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via phone and email to understand their booking requirements and preferences.
  • Booking Management: Process bookings efficiently using booking systems or software, ensuring accuracy in details such as dates, boat types, amenities, and special requests.
  • Sales Assistance: Assist customers in choosing the most suitable options based on their needs and budget, upselling additional services or amenities where appropriate.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products and services offered, including boat types, facilities, and promotional offers, to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer-oriented approach.
  • Solution and result-driven person.
  • Flexible, easygoing, and adaptable team player with a positive 'can-do attitude'.
  • Fluent in English and a native (or near-native with C1 level) Italian language.
