Job Description

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our Barcelona team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will support our Product Development & Innovation Manager in driving the company's growth through data analysis, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and multichannel strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Understand user behavior and optimize communication channels.
  • A/B Testing: Design and implement tests to drive growth.
  • Funnel Optimization: Improve the user journey to increase conversions.
  • Multichannel Strategies: Develop and manage targeted campaigns across various platforms.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with teams to align growth efforts.
  • Results Reporting: Analyze performance and present results clearly and concisely.
  • Technology Watch: Integrate the latest trends and tools to maintain our leadership position.
Requirements
  • Academic Background: Master 1 or 2, with a professional project or experience in marketing (or a related field).
  • Languages: Proficient in both English and French.
  • Key Skills: Creativity and Innovation, Leadership, Communication, Adaptability.
