About the Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Atlas Copco. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our Digital Sales Channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and research potential clients and business opportunities through various channels, including market research, outbound calls, and industry analysis.
  • Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with prospects and customers to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring alignment with the company's target market and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary support in the sales process, including preparing proposals, negotiation, and finalization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to stay informed about new offerings and market trends.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, qualification, and sales targets.
  • Launch and/or monitor Sales campaigns.
  • Perform other duties as directed by management.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • E-commerce business acumen.
  • CRM experience expected (SalesForce preferred).
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Good command of SAP and Microsoft Skills.
  • Social media and tech enthusiast.
  • Passionate about continuous learning and training.
  • Fluent in French and/or Spanish language and English, written and spoken, (3rd language appreciated).
  • University degree in related field (preferably Engineering, Marketing, or Business Management).
