Trade Assistant

Bunge is seeking a skilled Trade Assistant to join our team in Galicia. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will play a crucial role in standardizing plant requirements, negotiating freight costs, and centralizing call-offs and complaints.
Key Responsibilities:- Standardize all plant requirements for loading and create a database of customer logistics requirements
- Negotiate freight costs with customers in coordination with the Sales Manager
- Centralize all call-offs and complaints from three plants and be responsible for resolving them efficiently
- Accommodate call-offs per plant according to refinery planning
- Forecast monthly needs aligned to refinery utilization and sales program forecast
- Manage customer pricing and contracts, ensuring execution and monitoring of backlogs and financing charges
- Follow up on receivables to maintain working capital performance and implement financial tools to improve KPIs
- 5+ years of working experience in a related field
- University degree in business or a related field
- Skilled in decision-making and negotiation
- Fluent Spanish and English, with additional languages a plus
- Customer focus, teamwork, entrepreneurship, results orientation, independence, and ability to influence others
