Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Account Team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic customer accounts and driving business growth through exceptional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management
    • Develop and execute account plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
    • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure customer success.
  • Customer Advocacy
    • Develop and deliver presentations to key clientele to showcase Onshape's value proposition.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews to reinforce ROI and identify innovative solutions.
  • Project Management
    • Manage complex implementations and customization projects.
    • Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
    • Facilitate customer relationships through regular calls and on-site visits.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • 5+ years proven track record of measurable success in strategic customer account management and development.
  • Skills
    • Excellent customer relationship skills.
    • Strong project-management and organizational skills.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate analysis into meaningful information.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex problems.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ChurnZero, Zendesk, or Jira a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Engineering/Manufacturing background a plus.
  • Fluent level of English is mandatory (additional French and/or German languages are desirable).
