Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Account Team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic customer accounts and driving business growth through exceptional customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management
- Develop and execute account plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure customer success.
- Customer Advocacy
- Develop and deliver presentations to key clientele to showcase Onshape's value proposition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews to reinforce ROI and identify innovative solutions.
- Project Management
- Manage complex implementations and customization projects.
- Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Facilitate customer relationships through regular calls and on-site visits.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience
- 5+ years proven track record of measurable success in strategic customer account management and development.
- Skills
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Strong project-management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate analysis into meaningful information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex problems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ChurnZero, Zendesk, or Jira a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering/Manufacturing background a plus.
- Fluent level of English is mandatory (additional French and/or German languages are desirable).
