About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Retention Analytics Team at Semrush. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions to drive business decisions, focusing on customer insights and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy data systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business objectives, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and accuracy.
  • Consult with business stakeholders to identify new reporting needs and provide guidance on data interpretation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Document data analysis efforts, including data sources, reporting specifications, and issue resolutions, to maintain a knowledge base for future reference.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and data science, with a strong background in statistical modeling and data visualization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
