About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for providing software training to our hotel customers across Europe via screenshare, chat, and phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and informative software training to hotel customers
  • Use our product and internal software training to ensure customers understand how to use our platform
  • Work closely with a seasoned buddy to perform mock training before training our customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience
