Head of Onboarding and Customer Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our onboarding efforts and drive customer success at Amenitiz. As the Head of Onboarding and Customer Experience, you will play a critical role in scaling our onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and consistent customer experience, and fostering a culture of strong execution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Onboarding Strategies: Design and execute onboarding processes that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with senior leaders, product, marketing, sales, and customer care teams to ensure onboarding strategies are well-integrated and aligned with the overall customer journey.
- Monitor and Analyze Key Metrics: Utilize data to track key onboarding metrics, such as churn at onboarding, client satisfaction, and onboarding efficiency, to inform process improvements.
- Advocate for the Customer: Ensure customer feedback directly influences onboarding strategies and business decisions, driving a customer-centric approach.
- Build and Manage High-Performing Teams: Foster a collaborative and positive culture, leading and developing high-performing teams that drive customer success.
- 2+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in leading customer success teams, with a focus on scaling onboarding processes in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to align strategies with broader company objectives, with a focus on detail-oriented implementation.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Experience in developing onboarding strategies that drive customer satisfaction and retention, with measurable outcomes.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to embody and enforce company culture and values, influencing team behaviors and work practices.
