**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Strategy Director to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute strategic plans with risk assessments to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Analyze performance and recommend strategic adjustments based on changing market needs.
  • Lead and manage the corporate strategic team to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with top management and stakeholders to build strategic consensus and drive business decisions.
  • Identify and evaluate new business initiatives for growth and recommend strategic investments.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain frameworks and tools for strategic planning and analysis to support business decision-making.

**Requirements**

  • At least 7 years of experience in a consulting role, preferably with aviation clients.
  • A strong track record of successfully using strategy to reduce costs and/or increase profitability.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
  • Ambition and drive to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English is a must, with fluency in Spanish a plus. French or Italian also a plus.
