Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Strategy Director to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
- Analyze performance data and recommend strategic adjustments to optimize results
- Lead and manage the corporate strategic team to ensure effective execution of plans
- Collaborate with top management and stakeholders to build strategic consensus and drive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate new business initiatives to drive growth and expansion
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Develop and maintain frameworks and tools for strategic planning and analysis
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in a consulting role, preferably with aviation clients
- Proven track record of successfully using strategy to reduce costs and/or increase profitability
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
- Ambition and drive to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in English is a must, with fluency in Spanish a plus
