Corporate Strategy Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Strategy Director to join our team at Volotea Alaeo SL in Barcelona. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans that align with the company's vision and goals.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend strategic adjustments to optimize business outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of corporate strategists to achieve business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with top management and stakeholders to build strategic consensus and drive business decisions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities.
- Framework Development: Develop and maintain frameworks and tools for strategic planning and analysis.
- At least 7 years of experience in a consulting role, preferably with aviation clients.
- A proven track record of successfully using strategy to reduce costs and/or increase profitability.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
- Ambition and drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Fluency in English is a must, with fluency in Spanish a plus. French or Italian also a plus.
