Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to enhance our dynamic London Tech team. The ideal candidate will possess robust client development and recruitment expertise, having experience in a comprehensive recruitment consultant role within a specialized market. This role provides a pathway for accelerated career advancement, alongside the independence to manage business operations in your designated region and contribute significantly to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain enduring relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Engage in business development by forging new client connections through proactive outreach, meetings, and networking.
- Stay informed about industry trends and effectively map your market.
- Identify top talent in your sector through networking, headhunting, and various recruitment strategies.
- Draft compelling job advertisements.
- Negotiate terms with clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in cultivating a client and candidate network within your niche.
- Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in French, German, or Dutch is an advantage.
